The driver will be standing with a sign with your name and surname. The meeting point will be indicated on the voucher.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellation, transfer or delay of a train, loss of luggage / personal belongings and in connection with this paperwork, tourists must inform the driver by phone.
After 15 minutes of waiting from the booked time - each hour of waiting is paid additionally by the tourist himself on the spot to the driver. In any case, you need to warn about being late.

In the case of a large amount of baggage that was not indicated during the booking and does not fit into the car, the client bears the cost of their transportation.
